We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected is internally applied to continually improve our site. In addition, we only contact individuals who specifically requested email updates or are winners of a drawing.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Pre-approval for a return is required and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Any return is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and any return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If a shipment is damaged in shipping by an authorized shipper/carrier, we will work with you to process a claim for damage received in transit. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and claim information must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or refused.
Order Cancellation
Because all products are made to order we request you cancel any order placed within 7 days or placing your order. a restocking fee may apply after 7 days. Custom orders may not be cancelled.

We recommend that you don't load your roof rack with more weight that is specified by the vehicle manufacturer, due to the strength of your vehicle. When you accept delivery of your shipment, you agree that the condition of the product is fully acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All Bumpers, Winch Mounts, Skid Plates, Rock sliders, Ladders and Voyager Racks are intended for off-road use only and should be considered an off-road accessory.
